Over the last 10 years, I've helped hundreds of women start create a healthy lifestyle be it either to step on the competition stage or to just look and feel amazing in their bodies.
In 2012, I stopped competing and I was LOST. Also, at the time my body started to give me the finger despite how hard I worked out and how much or little I ate my body gave me the finger.
Here I am a “trainer” and I didn’t look the part, I couldn’t figure out what was going on. I felt scared, ashamed and lost because I could get my clients amazing results but for me WTF!
I remember talking to my doctor and she told me girl, you're over 40 what do you expect. (insert eye roll) I looked around and saw the some of my clients and other women were facing the same issues. I knew that there was a solution and it wasn't sitting around watching my dress size go up!
