Introducing The Freedom Collective 

I created the Freedom Collective because I felt alone. I felt like a big old fraud. I was able to get amazing results for my clients, YET.. I was NOT ABLE TO TAKE MY OWN ADVICE.  

I was so busy HUSTLING to build my business. 

I was all about my clients, my family and anything else but me.  

(Do you ever feel like this?)  

I knew what to do to get healthy and fit, but I was too DAMN BURNT OUT to even think about getting healthy. 

Imagine with me for a minute..... 

going into your closet and EVERYTHING fits -- you no longer have a someday section going on vacation walking down the beach without a cover up no longer hiding.... you go to those in person networking events You do the Facebook Lives You apply for the in person speaking events!!  

That is what FREEDOM feels like!  

AHHHH it's a freaking dump breath! 

I was searching for that place -- a place where ---- I could be FREE!!! 

I couldn't hide in the crowd. I've joined other group programs and man I'm really good at blending into the crowd. How about you? 

That is why the Freedom Collective is only open to 10 freedom seeking women. This way no one can hide we (the collective) will get to know each other and the journey that you are on. 

This is not about handing out the materials and saying good luck to you. Been there done that and failed miserablely, how about you? I've been part of group programs that gave advice that was just not pratical. You had to make DRAMATIC changes in order to get results. 

Instead, imagine creating a plan that is unique and sustainable for YOU!!  

You'll learn what it's like to steer YOUR ship (aka your body).  

The main driver for the Freedom Collective, is accountablity. What does that look like for you?

Do you need a daily Voxer (a voice text)? A tag in the private Facebook group? Or an actual phone call to get you into action! 

This is true accountability so that you walk your talk without excuses or your lack of action holidng you back. YOU have someone (the collective) who actually has your back and a vested interest in your success.  

I don't know about you, but entreprenuership can be a little lonely. My goal with the Freedom Collective is to build an intimate group (a mastermind) where you collaborate and learn from other women who are going through the same thing.  

By interacting and sharing your challenges, someone in the collective will have a solution for you. As part of a collective, you can't help but think bigger and start to think like an adventurer. You'll stretch beyond your boundaries when surrounded by amazing people acheiving amazing things. 

You'll be free to step into your health goals in a much way than you would do own your own. No more giving up on yourself! 

The Freedom Collective believes in honest talks that allow you to take off your expert hat and just be "unapologetically" you with no judgements. You can truly let your hair down.

You'll find the freedom to live your life to its fullest potential. You'll be surrounded by women who are there to give you that extra push to get shit done. It’s your opportunity to connect with women in a really special way. 

One of the best parts of the collective is that we will meet each other in person. I don't know about, but there is something really special when meet in person. There is an energy, a connection that you just can't reproduce virtually. When you meet in person the energy just shifts in all the right ways. Post retreats you are more inspired and the bounds you share with the others in the collective is solid.

Who The Heck Am I ?

My name is Kim Jefferson and I've had the honor and pleasure of helping hundreds of women reclaim their bodies and love the skin they're in. I think you and I can agree, we all have different body shapes, different goals, and a variety of reasons why we want to be healthy and fit. WE all have our very own story.  

Maybe you can relate to: You want to stand confident and proud in front of your clients. Yet you are self conscience about how you look. You want to be as healthy as possible without it taking too much time or depriving. You want a clear plan of action that doesn't require recreating your entire life or carrying around a playbook to make sure that you are doing it right? I get it... and it wasn't so long ago that I was just like you.  

I had just started my online business and I was HUSTLING! My focus was just on survival, I put myself on the back burner, workouts what were those, eating right hmph do handfuls of granola and protein bars count? (That's clean eating right) 

I went on vacation and saw the pictures on Facebook. In horror, I couldn’t have let myself go that bad. OMG – that was my wake up call. Seriously vanity got the best of me -- just years previously I had been rocking fitness competitons and now look at me! 

I realized that I couldn’t continue the way I was going. I had to start putting myself first. I started with working out, because that felt the easiest for me. I decided to workout in the AM because I knew I had to do it before the day got away from me.  

This was a game changer – before the day even got started I was doing something for ME!!!  

I had to get into a routine of having a bedtime and getting up at 5 am and heading to the gym. I found that I was less bitchy, more creative and just felt freaking amazing on the days that I worked out.  

I want you to know this is possible for you too. I am not one of those perfectionists that go all in and never look back. Believe me, I love my wine, chocolate, and a good slice of pizza now and again. The reason I've been able to be successful at thrive in my health and fitness is due me focusing on how I wanted to feel vs working overtime counting calories, weighing food, and restricting to the point of starvation.

I simply did the inner work and discovered what was best for me and my body. I get it... and it wasn't so long ago that I was just like you. Are you ready to make getting healthy to be as easy as sleeping? 


  • 2 in-person retreats (all inclusive, except travel & lodging)
  • 2-hour Planning & Goals Workshop beginning of the quarter – here is where you will go through your goals and as a team we will help to hold you accountable and set smaller targets to achieve them. 
  • 2 more Check in Calls beginning each month. Here is where you get your accountability. Each call you will share you wins and challenges. On this call myself and the group will help you to break down your challenge and help you chart a new course. 
  • At least 1 monthly office hours – you can call in at any time during this hour to get immediate support, coaching or just to chat if you need it.  
  • Book club – each month I will share suggested that will help you deepen your understanding of a health, life, mindset or money issue. 
  • Resource Library: meal plans, fitness plans, any other resource needed 
  • Private Facebook group – this is our clubhouse for in between call connections

When I reached out to Kim for coaching, I already enjoyed working out and was knowledgeable about nutrition and healthy eating. It wasn’t necessarily the weight loss I was after (although which woman doesn’t want to get in better shape?). It was more about unleashing the powerful women I knew existed deep down inside of me.  

I developed a strong desire to stop playing small and really go for it, both feet in, as terrifying as that thought was. Kim helped me do just that. I was petrified after seeing her plan for me. It was nothing like anything I’ve ever done before. But I started setting goals, weekly wins, following training schedules and nutrition plans. I checked in with her each week, listened and learned. Lo and behold, I began to feel powerful. Soon my body transformed and I had a fierce attitude. The positive changes were not just physical. In fact, the most remarkable changes were mental. Kim pushed me way beyond what I thought I was capable of, and showed me what I could really do.  

She believed in me when I doubted myself and gave me a “kick in the pants” whenever I needed it, which was often. During our time together it began to click I was enough. I am enough. Kim’s coaching has changed the way I saw myself and the way I carried myself.  

It helped me to refocus my energies and complete some major goals in my life. It caused me to have more respect for my body, to fuel it properly and treat it well. I am in the best physical, mental and spiritual shape of my life. Thank you Kim for awakening the beautiful, dormant, fierce women inside of me.
